This research proposes a conceptual framework regarding virtual museums as cultural learning ecosystems in the context of contemporary digital education. Departing from the limitations of conventional museums that tend to be static and less interactive, as well as the increasing need for immersive and participatory learning models, this study examines the potential of virtual museums as a pedagogical medium that goes beyond the function of representation towards a constructive learning experience. Through a literature synthesis approach that integrates constructivist learning theory, informal learning, and digital cultural heritage studies, this study formulates the concept of the Virtual Museum Nexus Hub Framework as a system that connects cultural content, user interaction, and learning experience in a structured whole. The proposed framework consists of four main layers, namely the cultural content layer, the interaction layer, the experience layer, and the learning output layer. Each layer plays a role in shaping a learning process that is not only oriented towards knowledge transfer, but also on the formation of meaning, emotional engagement, and active participation of users. Thus, the virtual museum is positioned as a dynamic learning space that allows for the co-creation of knowledge between the system and the user. The main contribution of this research lies in the redefinition of virtual museums as a digital-based cultural learning ecosystem, while offering conceptual implications for the development of more adaptive, inclusive, and contextual educational strategies in the face of digital transformation.
