While technology advances, inequality gaps persist, placing women at multiple disadvantages in both the public and private spheres. In this context, some universities have institutional policies with a gender perspective and promote technological innovation for women. These experiences are vital for analyzing the global social structure. Within this framework, the objective of this study is to reveal the strategies developed by universities to strengthen women's technological skills through scientific production. Methodologically, the study is framed within the PRISMA systematic review method, based on 35 scientific articles published between 2021 and 2026. The research presents a qualitative methodological perspective and an interpretive paradigm. The results indicate that technological advancements benefiting female students are more closely associated with STEM fields, scholarships, programs, training, workshops, and courses focused on AI, which significantly contribute to their professional development. In conclusion, universities showing significant progress in technological competencies are those that have incorporated a gender perspective and focus on the curriculum. However, this progress is largely documented, and challenges remain for its effective implementation in practice. Therefore, institutional commitments from universities to ministries, national, local, and international institutions are urgently needed to address the needs of female students from an interdisciplinary and intersectional perspective, aiming to contribute to Sustainable Development Goal 5 of the 2030 Agenda and gain visibility in the face of global digital transformation.
